Tasting
Very beautiful, very intense, thick purple color with purplish reflections. The nose is rich and powerful with notes of blackberry, crushed strawberry, raspberry jam, mixed with subtle notes of pastries and roasting. The mouth is very velvety, but also full of freshness, thanks to a nice acidity, for a well-balanced wine. The tannins are tight but full of future, good length on the finish.

Vinification and aging
Traditional vinification, total destemming, and maceration for 1 month, daily pumping over and delestage, at 28°C, clicking and micro bubbling, aging in vats with staves.
