Tasting
Beautiful straw yellow color, brilliant with golden reflections The nose has a beautiful complexity, with aromas of white fruits, pear, notes of fruit in syrup, apricot, with a very nice note of grilled almonds. The mouth is very melted and very fresh, for a nice balance, a nice length on the finish.

Vineyards mean age : 15 ans
Arounf 26 000 bouteilles/an environ
Vinification and aging
Direct pressing, fermentation between 14 and 17°C, lees filtration, aging for a few months in stainless steel vats.
Food & wine pairing
Saffron risotto and iodized skewers, Pélardon goat cheese, candied swordfish and leeks, Cod fritters, Provençal snails.
