Tasting
Beautiful, very deep, very intense carmine colour. The nose is complex, with notes of black fruits, ripe red fruits, plum, mixed with toasted notes of toast, vanilla pod. This wine is very concentrated on the palate, with tight tannins, fat, volume, notes of mocha, blackberry, lots of roundness and fine tannins on the finish.

Vinification and aging
Traditional vinification, total destemming, vatting for 15 to 20 days, aging for a few months in vats, pumping over and daily racking.
